Pumpkin Seed Oil is knows as "green gold" and has a pleasant and mild flavor making it perfect for vinaigrettes. This dressing is a favorite for fall salads and grain bowls. Adding this dressing to mixed greens and roasted butternut squash (roasted in our Pecan Oil - yummy) with dried cranberries is a wonderful with any meal, particularly a holiday meal.

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons of Everling Coastal Farm Pecan Oil
1 Tablespoon of Everling Coastal Farm Pumpkin Seed Oil
2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Crushed
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Pour over your favorite salads or grain bowls.
