We produce our extra virgin oils in Virginia Beach, VA in our VA Dept of Agriculture certified and inspected kitchen and shop. We use the cold pressed method which means that during the pressing process, the temperature never exceeds 120 degrees F, because above that temperature the oils start to break down thereby affecting flavor and nutrition. In our processing we never go above 90 degrees F! Our press squeezes the oil out of the seeds, and we then use gravity to allow the solids to settle out of the oil prior to filtering.
Our oils are unrefined and contain no chemicals thus allowing a high level of nutrients and flavor to be retained. Rich in flavor, beautiful colors, all made from nuts and seeds grown in the USA.
