Everling Coastal Farm grows microgreens and specialty greens indoors, under lights, away from weather, bugs, and anything that can contaminate them. Organically grown in 5x7 containers, we supply the freshest and largest variety of products to over 40 local restaurants, catering companies, and private chefs. We also happily sell to foodies!

We have over 35 different varieties of microgreens and specialty greens- the largest selection in the area! We deliver fresh to the restaurant kitchen, alive and growing in the container. Chefs can cut them and use them as they need them, so they are always the freshest available, and there’s no waste, since the plants are alive. We pick up the used container and soil when we make the next delivery, compost the leftover plant material, and wash the trays for reuse to be environmentally friendly.
