Our Dark Balsamic Fig Vinegar is produced in Modena, Italy using aged Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes following the strict production traditions and principles of Modena. Aged in decades' old oak barrels which add flavor and complexity producing an intense aroma, very dense, balanced and refreshing vinegar for your dishes.  Excellent when paired with Everling Coastal Farm's Artisan Oils.  These vinegars are made with NO sweetening, NO thickening, NO artificial flavorings, NO colorant agents and NO added sulfites.  100% Natural Sugars- NO added Sugars, EVER!
