I’m a bit obsessed by this cherry balsamic vinegar. So far, I’ve used it to flavor soda water, cocktails, in salad dressing and over some roasted brussel sprouts. I ordered two large bottles right before Christmas and I’ve already run through one bottle. It is a beautiful flavor and is wonderful in beverages—something flavorful that isn’t sweet. It just tastes like it was made with love.
