After trying the pecan oil and ordering enough to last 100 years, it was time to take the next step and try some of the other oils that have since become available. I have been pleased with the wonderful peak flavor of each, as well as their light texture. I have a salad every day, and look forward to trying new combinations of these oils and the ECF balsamic vinegars that marry up with them so well. Love my salads!!
