 Our delicious Everling Coastal Farm Pumpkin Seed Oil is sometimes referred to as "green gold" due to its health benefits and taste. Its mild and pleasant flavor makes it wonderful for adding to other oils (Sunflower or Pecan), for salad dressings, and as a finishing oil.

Because of its delicate nature, this oil should be stored in a cool, dry place and we recommend refrigeration after opening.

Our pumpkin seed oil is cold pressed from fresh non-GMO seeds from upstate NY. It's best to use the oil in its raw form, so that the important nutritional benefits are not damaged by the heat.

It's a taste treat drizzled on mushroom risotto or Butternut Squash soup. YUMMY!
